Modern Creative Sanctuary @ REX KL

REX KL is a creative hub for creative artist around the site to come together to make a living. The proposal mainly focuses on 3 art community, which are Buskers, Street Artist and Graffiti Artist. The idea is to remain the nostalgic element of the site which was a theatre and art space and transform it into a site open for all walks of life to enter and engage with artistic workshop and exhibitions.
